By working with the design team, we perform the discovery phase, in which we investigate to understand the design intent and functionality of the space. We assess the project financials, project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, function, and overall effect on the business. Once identified and a strategic direction is set, we’ll consider design directions, building tactics, & engineered solutions.
This is also the time where we undergo our subcontractor selection process, completely unique to each project. Just because there’s electrical, doesn’t mean any electrical sub should perform it. Certain subs have certain specialities and experience that reflect in the project accordingly.
